The history of Revada begins in 2001 with the formation of the first legal entity in Moscow.
A few years before the appearance of the first official document on the registration of the company, its founders worked together in the distribution of raw materials for cosmetics. From a small union of like-minded people, one grew over time
from the market leaders, which has become an active diversified enterprise.
2001 — formation of the first legal entity. Starting a business in the field of additives for the production of PVC products.
2003 — the Revada-Neva company was founded in St. Petersburg. Beginning of territorial expansion.
2005 — SAP management system is being implemented
2008— Revada-Logistic was registered in St. Petersburg. The company becomes a licensed customs representative.
2010— Revada moves to a new office of her own in Moscow, which is today her headquarters
2012 — Revada Plastik was registered. The direction of raw materials for polymers becomes organizationally independent.
2013 — Revada Eco was registered. The beginning of the development of the food industry.
2013 — Remi LLC was registered — a joint production venture in Volgodonsk
2016 — Revada acquires a new office in Moscow due to the need to expand the staff
2017 — the beginning of a business in the field of coatings
2018 — opening of our own warehouse complex in the village of Gorki Leninskiye (Moscow region)
2019 — opening of an office and a warehouse in Rostov-on-Don
2021 — acquisition of a 12-hectare site near St. Petersburg for the construction of a large production and logistics complex.
Revada today
The Revada group of companies today unites 5 legal entities and 250 employees in three cities of Russia – Moscow, St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-Don.
The company’s office and warehouse are located in each city. Partner companies are also represented in the cities of Minsk (Remiola company) and Berlin (Rebermo Interservice und Handel GmbH).
The joint production venture operates in the city of Volgodonsk, Rostov Region.
The main activity of the companies of the Revada group is the supply of chemical raw materials for the following areas:
- manufacture of cosmetics, household chemicals, industrial cleaners and detergents
- Production of products from PVC and other polymers
- food industry
- production of paints and varnishes and building mixtures
- other areas of the chemical industry
- International shipping and customs clearance
- responsible storage of goods in warehouses in Moscow and St. Petersburg
The company employs many specialists from relevant industries, technologists familiar with processes and equipment from their own experience, product and recipe consultants, including several
candidates of sciences, graduates of universities with honors and, of course, a sufficient number of young people for whom Revada becomes a place for their creative and career growth and a “second home”.
All the main functional processes in Revada are based on SAP software – a rather rare case for the industry, which confirms Revada’s focus on a modern and integrated approach to business.
